Description
The purpose of this course is to synthesize the roles, functions, and perspectives of the professional nurse. This course will investigate and focus on elements of nursing leadership within the context of the healthcare delivery system and its impact on influencing a collaborative approach in management and exploring fiscal responsibilty. Emphasis is on leadership, management, quality, safety, and finance to transform professional nursing practice and healthcare systems. (Writing Intensive)
