Description

This course focuses on the theory and practice of strategic planning and introduces concepts of the planning process. Students will explore strategic planning as a tool that can be used for organizational leadership and effective governance. All facets of the strategic planning process, including: development of a guiding mission, recognition of emerging trends and issues, identification of strategic options, implementation of appropriate strategies, and evaluation of organizational performance will be reviewed.
