Subject: Introduction to Bennie L. Felts

Hello everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to introduce myself and share a brief overview of my background and interests.

I have a Ph.D. in Business Organization and Management, specializing in Leadership, from Capella University. I also hold an MBA from Elon University and a BA in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Central University.

Some of my professional experiences include serving as an Associate Professor and the Business Program Coordinator at NCWU. Campus Director and Faculty member at Pfeiffer University’s RTP graduate campus, where I lead strategic development and taught various graduate courses. I founded Felts & Associates Consulting Group LLC, providing consultancy in organizational development, change, and leadership. I have also served as the Deputy Chief of Police in Burlington (NC)), overseeing operations, strategic planning, and HR development.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy engaging in community activities and exploring new leadership methodologies. My favorite pastime is trout fishing in the Smoky Mountains.

I am looking forward to connecting and exploring potential opportunities to collaborate.

Best regards,
Dr. Bennie L. Felts
