Description

This course analyzes accounting information for decision making and performance evaluation. Accounting concepts such as cost allocation, variable costing and cost-volume-profit analysis are utilized as tools to improve organizational decision-making. Various types of cost analysis, profit planning, and performance measurements will also be covered as tools to help an entity operate effectively.
