Prerequisite SPT 205
This course is designed to assist the student in acquiring the necessary knowledge to organize, plan, and manage all aspects of a large event. Coursework will focus on items such as: contracts, insurance, hiring, concessions, merchandising, and adhering to state and federal rules and guidelines.
