Description
This course is designed to inspire an interest in the principles and practices of leadership and to explore how these high-impact principles and practices might be applied at Duke, in the military, and to the civilian world of work. The course will explore topics such as values-based behavior [courage, trust, and ethics], leadership and management, power and authority, individual motivation, cohesion, team and group effectiveness, and crisis leadership. Laboratory required for ROTC cadets.
