Description

Marketing Capstone builds on concepts introduced in previous marketing courses and focuses on the development and application of value-enhancing strategies utilized by marketing managers. The course examines the major trends in marketing including the integration of marketing communications, radical changes in the selling funciton and sales force, customer relaionship management, the impact of e-commerce and the broadening role of marketing throughtout organizations.
