Description
This course has been designed to provide students with an overview of civil liability as it affects each of the three components (Police, Courts and Corrections) of the criminal justice system. Specific attention will be given to US Supreme Court precedents and evolving public sentiment, that affect the liability and the administration of criminal justice personnel. (writing intensive)
