Description
This course introduces students to the methods involved in historical analysis, research, and writing. Emphasis will be placed on approaches to the study of history, modes of historical writing, interpretation and argument, data collection, analysis and documentation, and style and writing conventions. Students successfully completing this course will be able to write effectively, reason logically, and argue convincingly.
