Description

This course examines the advanced concepts and practices of database systems to prepare students to design and administer organizational databases. Students will analyze organizational needs and create a database using the Entity0Relationship Model, SQL, relational algebra, normalization, query optimization, transaction control, indexing, and security concepts to design and implement a database. Students will also explore the latest trends in database management systems.
