Description
A study of the structure and chemistry of biological compounds. Topics will include water, proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, and nucleic acids. The metabolism of these molecules will also be discussed. The laboratory experiments will feature techniques used to isolate, characterize, and identify biological molecules. (Identical to BIO 321, 322)
